Overview
eggX was an initiative led by the McGill Office for Science and Society (OSS) to develop an online course based around the life cycle of a chicken, including its various societal, cultural, and economic impacts, in addition to the various biological and epidemiological aspects of a chicken's life. This was developed by my 13 classmates and I over a semester in CHEM 183; I have since gone on to improve the documentary we made for wider engagement as part of the OSS Outreach Efforts and expanding media campaigns.
